Fun at the Gaylord pool!

Last Saturday we found a fun way to cool off in this hot, hot, hot summer - we went to the Gaylord pool!! We met Shay and Bree there and had a blast! Something we'll definitely have to do again!

Hospital Picnic

Last Thursday, the hospital had their family picnic at the McLeod County Fairgrounds and Julianne LOVED the bouncy house!!!

She got her face painted.

And had to go down the slide a few more times!

So fun!

July 8th, Nick and I went to the Brothers of the Sun Tour with Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw at Target Field. It was the first concert to be held at Target Field so we were part of history!! The concert was AMAZING!! Definitely worth the $$$! But it was super hot - I think it got to 95 plus degrees that day! We got there early so got plenty of the hot sunshine but by the time the concert started at 4:30 our seats were in the shade. The concert had 4 acts, so got to be pretty long; it didn't finish until 10:30 pm. And we had a couple of drunks behind us who kept dancing and spilling their beer and drinks on us, but overall it was great!

Okay- now Target Field is getting packed! We heard there were 40,000 people at this concert!! That could explain why it took us 45 minutes to get out of the parking ramp.....

4th of July Fun

Like every year, the 4th of July gave us an excuse to have some fun times at the Cabin. We "celebrated" the weekend before the 4th with lots of friends and family. Once again, the Loncorich clan invaded the Frank cabin; my mom and dad parked their camper at the cabin from Friday through the 4th and my sisters also spent the day with us on Saturday. I'm sooo glad my parents and Nick's parents seem to get along - it makes it so much fun for us!

But I can't write this post without commenting on how HOTTTTTTT it was out there! It's a good thing we were by water and could jump in when we couldn't stand it anymore!!
